Training Fees

Private personal training in my North Redondo Studio

  • $125 per 1 hour session
  • $120 per 1 hour session when purchasing 10 or more sessions at once.

Your one-on-one training includes a fitness assessment, bi-weekly mini assessments, goal defining, nutritional guidance, lifestyle coaching, fresh towels, and water.

Consistent training and adherence to your program and nutritional guidelines is vital to your success. It is recommended that you train at least 3-4 times a week utilizing a combination of personal training and other activities that you may enjoy such as running, hiking, bootcamps or swimming.

Private personal training in your home or location of choice.

  • $150 per 1 hour session
  • $145 per 1 hour session when purchasing 10 or more sessions at once.

Your training comes with all of the above. Area limited to within 15 miles of Redondo Beach.

Small Group Training

You can save costs and train with your friends with Small Group Training. There is a cap of 5 people for this type of training. It can be done at my studio gym or at the beach or a park.

  • 2 people – $200 (100 each)
  • 3 people – $270 (90 each)
  • 4 people – $320 (80 each)
  • 5 people – $350 (70 each)

Outdoor Bootcamps

Outdoor bootcamps require a minimum of 8 people and cap out at 20. We cap our bootcamps so we can make sure you are still getting enough individual attention. You’ll need to bring a mat, water, and a set of weights. Please wear proper athletic shoes (no toning shoes) and arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class. When you register for class, you will receive a detailed email with everything you need to know.
