On Friday, we are having a ‘healthy’ potluck lunch at work. I would like to bring something that is fairly clean and will fit into my diet. But, I also take the bus to work, so whatever I bring has to be portable and if it needs to be heated, can be heated in the microwave. I know a crockpot would be great, but I am not packing that on the bus with all the rest of the crap I have to bring. I was thinking I would like to bring something with protein, chicken or something. Any ideas? Please? Pretty please with a sugar free cherry on top?
